At FLOW,  we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. To provide the best service, we have established the following delivery policy regarding the number of delivery attempts and the associated charges.

1.     Initial Delivery Attempts:

    • Our delivery team will make up to three attempts to deliver your order to the address provided.
    • Each attempt will be scheduled and communicated in advance to ensure the customer is available to receive the delivery.

2.     Missed Deliveries:

    • If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery after three attempts, the item will be returned to our warehouse.
    • The customer will be notified of the missed delivery and the return of the item.

3.     Rescheduling Delivery:

    • Once the item is returned to our warehouse, the customer will need to contact our customer service team to arrange for a new delivery.
    • An additional delivery charge will apply for rescheduling the delivery.
  • Extra Charges:
    • The customer will be responsible for paying the additional delivery charges incurred due to the missed deliveries.
    • These charges will be communicated to the customer before rescheduling the delivery.

·        Accurate Information:

    • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
    • Customers are encouraged to provide any specific delivery instructions or preferences at the time of purchase.

    • In case of any changes to your delivery address or if you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact our customer service team promptly. 
  1. Shipping Policy: We will ship products in accordance with our shipping policy, which may change from time to time. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and your location.
  2. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
